Returns on new items

As part of our best-in-class shopping experience, we offer an easy 30 day return policy for our customers on any of our specialty sites.  If you change your mind about an order, simply email us at service@coreleap.com and provide:

  • The order number
  • What item(s) you are returning
  • The reason for your return


We will email you a return shipping label that can be easily printed and taped to the box(s).  Simply drop off at your nearest FedEx location and you are all set.  If the item was delivered by a freight carrier through an appointment, we will work with that carrier to find a time to pick your item back up.  You must be present for the pickup.  Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and unused. 

To continue to offer fast, free shipping and to responsibly manage the return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Once the item is received at one of our warehouse locations, we will refund the original amount less the cost of return shipping based on the shipping label provided (we do NOT charge a restocking fee).  With our corporate discounts, the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund will be much less than if you paid for return shipping yourself directly with the carrier.  Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment..  Please note, any outbound shipping fees will not be reimbursed.  Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process but can take up to 2 weeks depending on your financial institution.  If the order is refused at delivery, the customer still remains responsible for return shipping fees. 

Damages and Missing Parts

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or is missing parts, we are happy to assist you.  If the item is damaged, please email us at service@coreleap.com and provide:

  • The order number
  • What item(s) are damaged
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the box and the item showing the damage are required so we can address the issue with our carrier and/or the manufacturer

We will cover any return shipping costs due to damaged or incorrect items. If the item is missing parts, please email us at service@coreleap.com and provide:

  • The order number
  • What item(s) or parts you are missing

We’ll work with the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts and send them to you.

Open Box Returns

Our dedicated teams inspect every item before it’s shipped to confirm its condition.  All open box items are final sale.  Please note the condition of the item when purchasing. Condition matters. To help you make an informed decision, we provide condition examples on all of our products. 

Open Box – Like New: These items may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scuffs, due to inspection and handling, but are otherwise in like new condition. These items typically come in their original packaging but can also come in a recycled replacement box. 

Open Box – Good: Good condition items are functional but might have small to medium cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches or dents. 

Open Box – Fair: Item is functional but includes larger cosmetic imperfections, scratches, dents, or scuffs, and are deemed to be in fair condition. Some items may be missing parts or hardware. Each item will have a description of the details and a corresponding image of the imperfection for your reference. Imperfections noted mean even sweeter savings on your finds!

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.  We will make every attempt to cancel your order but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.  If your order cannot be canceled, it falls within our normal return policy.
